Unacceptable!!

On Sunday 27 September 2020 I made an online payment to Bank of America. After 2 days the money was still not showing in the account I paid it to and I called FNB Forex. at first I was told that the payment was successful and I was sent a confirmation of payment. The next day it still didn't show and I was told it would take between 3-5 days. On Monday I called once again and then I got told that the money never got sent to his bank, although it is out of my account. Fine. The problem got sent to Production Support to get feedback regarding this and today is Wednesday. Guess what. Still no feedback from Production Support!!!! This is an amount of R78 000 which needed to be in his account last week already! I am sooo tired of all the emails and all the calls and nothing is being resolved!!!!!! Today is the last day that I have some patience left. I need a solution TODAY.
