Unable to view Pin online

I reported that i was not able to view my card pin online at the beginning of Feb and i am still waiting for it to be fixed. Instead i get a generic answer from a called Tshepo, which doesn't eve say anything about fixing the problem. I need to be able to view my pins online. Kindly fix this.
