Unable to view or maintain pin for Premier Credit Card Linked Petro Card

I am unable to view or maintain pin for Premier Credit Card Linked Petro Card on FNB Cellphone App or FNB Website. I logged numerous queries using the FNB Premier contact us website but other than the automated sms response advising me I will be contacted I received no other response. I then phoned the Premier contact center and they advised me to go to a branch who WILL be able to help. On 8 Jan I went FNB North Rand Road branch and explained the issue including showing her a snap shot i had taken which displays the option is not available on my profile. We tried to change/view the PIN but the card reader kept giving an error to remove the card. She then contacted the Premier contact center and after much discussion I was informed that a change had been made and it will take 24 hours and I would have the option on my FNB banking profile to view, create pin or cancel. Not surprising 24 hours later nothing has changed. I then phoned the contact center again, they put me through to Online Banking (Katelgo) who put me through to card division (Sizakele) who told me to phone the Premier contact center again (Sepho). In summary I have an FNB Petro Card which is totally worthless as I am unable to use it. As FNB claim to log all calls it should be easy for FNB management to view my contacts and interactions.
