Unable to "verify" a replacement device when the original "verified" device is damaged / ****** / lost
So your mobile device is damaged / ****** / lost and you need to verify a NEW / REPLACEMENT device so that you can transact online.....
YOU CAN NOT!!!
You need the "damaged / ****** / lost" device to verify the new device!!!
Totally frustrating when it falls over a weekend / Public Holiday.
Someone clearly has not thought this through at your end FNB!

FNB reached out almost immediately which is a plus.
Challenge is that you need to either go into a branch or call the Call Centre to "remove" the legacy device.
All sorted with a branch visit - but the ability to address online remains an issue.
