UNABLE TO USE EASY ZERO ACCOUNT

Absolutely bad service from FNB, opened an easy zero account a while back. Today I received money via an ewallet just to discover that I am unable to use any of my banking services. Can't purchase airtime electricity or anything via cellphone banking or the app this is absolutely pathetic.
