Unable to transfer paypal funds

I have been trying the whole morning to transfer funds from my paypal acc via fnb but there is an error "paypal balance unavailable" on the online banking platform. The money shows in paypal no problem, but now i cant transfer. Please advise when this issue will be sorted?
