Unable to transfer money to my FNB account plus terrible service and unwillingness to assist

I had transferred funds to my Cash Stash account on my personal profile, only to be told that the account is linked to business account that no longer.

My question, WHY the stash account doesn't mention that its linked to a business account and why is it active on my personal profile to begin with. so far Ive been moved from pillar to post being told I cant transfer my money. Needless to say the has been ********** that I'm considering leaving the bank
