Unable to send money via ewallet

I keep getting an error "this transaction is not permitted on one of the specified accounts" when i try to transfer money from my account. I have switched money from one account to another and I'm still getting the same damn error message. I call ewallet the guy I spoke to says "it could be that the number I'm sending to is blocked",I asked him to check and he fins out it's not blocked. Then I ask so what should I do, he says "I'm not sure Mam" like seriously? Are you kidding me right now? If you don't know then who should know what is happening? I am so ****ed off right now, my brother is stranded he needs me to send him money and where he is there's not capitec ATM only FNB and therefore I can only send him an ewallet. I'm closing this account I'm going to CAPITEC. Their service is far more better than this ****.
