Unable to send me monthly statements for my cheque account

<p>I called FNB and had my bank statements changed from quaterly to montlhy and the consultant said they changed it I will receive my statements monthly. I called them today and spoke to the consulant that changed my preference and another consultant they tell me I must wait for the following month maybe I will receive my statement for the August month but the June and July transactions wont reflect if I want those transactions I must go into a branch and pay R16 per page and have those statements printed for me.</p> <p> </p> <p>How difficult can it be to generate a statement if on the system it reflect I should receive my statement monthly. the lady tells me my quaterly statement that os due to come out only end of september has already been generated thats why I cannot receive June and July statements. maybe I am stupid how can a statement with a future date of transactions that havent even occured be already generated?</p> <p> </p> <p>I am still waiting for their call back lebogang said her coach was in a meeting she will call me back as soon as she spoke the coach it's been more than three hours I dont know how long FNB meeting take.</p> <p> </p>
