unable to resolve simple queries

fnb cannot resolve my credit status even though the debt review is over. Every-time i call the bank i get put through different departments, but no one can help me, they are INCAPABLE of clearing their own accounts, the paid up letters are from fnb, but for some odd reason, they don't want to help.

The fnb chat that is said to be good, is useless, their call centers are equally useless; i am tired of being on a call daily without anyone helping 😡😡😡
