Unable to Register ShapID

I have been unable to register for ShapID on my FNB App. I raised the matter on the Secure chat on the App, the matter was not resolved. I then raised the matter on the Complains on the App, the matter was still not resolved. I then responded to an email received from ***, the matter is still not resolved.

Please kindly create my ShapID under my cell number, or contact me so a consultant does it on their side whilst I hold the line. , just get it done.
