Unable to register business account for online banking

Hi. I urgently need assistance. I am not sure who to contact. I was advised by the branch that I need to go online to register my business account for online banking. Currently if I try and share my profile for my business account that is linked to my personal profile I am not able to select the account. When I try to register the account using the atm car number and pin I get an unkown error. I am not sure who to contact for assistance as the chat feature is only authorised for my personal account. Can you please urgently advise.
