Unable to receive refund on expired FNB Credit Card

We purchase an airline ticket (KLM) with our FNB credit card. We asked for a refund from KLM as we had to cancel the airline ticket due to Covid. KLM tried to refund us to our original FNB Credit Card but it was unsuccessful due to the card expiring. I tried calling the FNB Credit Card support line but can't get through
