Unable to produce interim statement

I have a share investor account with FNB. I get statements quarterly, however, I sometimes need a recent statement (less than 1 month old) and I have asked for an interim statement. This seems like a simple request, however, it can never, ever be carried out. I need a statement at the moment and I don't know what to do because no one can help me.In the past I have emailed my personal banker and private wealth and they send me statements that just show a total where as I need a full and proper statement. <br> <br> Please can someone explain to me why it is not possible to give me a recent share investor statement when I request it?<br>
