Unable to proceed approved home loan

I have accepted FNB home loan and when the appointed attorney request document, the attorney indicated that FNB specifically requesting house plan and occupation certificate. However the home loan assistant only explained to me on the payment term and interest rate without highlight special condition (this house was build over 10 years ago and has been occupied by the previous owner, more over it was previously FNB home loan property) and i do not have such document and unable to provide it to the attorney.<br> <br> I have sent an email and request FNB clarity in this regard on 23 October, follow up again on 26 Oct and FNB assistant respond that the matter was escalated to a manager Tumi Makobo, i follow up again on 27 Oct with Tumi. Up to date (3 Nov) i have received no response from FNB and i cannot proceed further and just waiting for FNB.
