Unable to port out of connect
I have been with FNB connect for a couple of years and have loved the value for money when it comes to voice bundles. However, I’ve increasingly become frustrated recently. I’ve tried to port out a total number of 4 times and it continues to be unsuccessful. I’m not sure what the issue is? I just simply want to move my number to another network without any hassles. Why does my port out request continue to be blocked?
