Unable to pay suppliers, loosing business due to FNB incompetence!

<p>If this matter is NOT resolved by close of business day, you will be taken to small claims court as well as the banking ombudsman, and then claim loss of business against you. </p> <p> </p> <p>I notified you of a *****ulant checque deposit which happened last week Friday. The ******* desposited R10800 into our business bank account. I PHONED YOU to tell you this is *****. Now our business bank account is in arrears of R7,636.59, making it impossible to pay any suppliers! I could not pay for diesel purchased earlier this week, nor goods that I tried to purchase form a supplier, or pay invoices to another supplier!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>HOW, exactly can you deduct money from an account for a fruadulant transaction by a 3rd party?????</p> <p> </p> <p>The ONLY communications I got from you was:</p> <p>============================================</p> <p>Good day Mr. .Ahlers ,</p> <p>We acknowledge your complaint reference number ********** .</p> <p>Kindly be advised that the matter has been escalated to the ***** department , who will revert.</p> <p>Kind Regards<br />FNB Business</p> <p>=============================================</p> <p> </p> <p>When I phoned the fruad department they said I need to go into a branch to sort this out! How pathetic?? </p>

You have until the close of business day, 7 November 2016 to resolve this matter, or it will be escelated to the Banking Omdubsman and the small claims court.
