Unable to open new account-E-694 error & otp issue

I am trying to open a new personal FNB account to receive my PayPal funds, but I cannot complete the registration.

When I try to register: • I get the error (E-694) 01 ID Exists, check Existing Profile. • I do not already have an FNB account. • OTP verification is not working properly — it is not being sent to my correct phone number.

I need this account urgently to withdraw PayPal money. I have tried both the FNB app and website, but nothing works.

I would appreciate it if FNB could assist in creating my account and resolving the OTP issue immediately.
