Unable to open an account online
Why is it so difficult to open an account online for ex-customers? I hate branch visits due to waiting times and online just makes sense.

26 Mar 2025, 09:23FNB instead of trying to push a sale, how about resolving the issue I have? It's not about opening the account, it's about my inability to do it myself online. How about you fix that so that I can be able to open it myself without having to speak to a consultant for hours.
