Unable to open account without Founder
I am trying to open an account for my Trust. FNB wants the signature of the Founder on the \Appointment of Sole Administrator"form. The founder not available anymore. The Trust Deed (that was created by the founder) stipulates that the bank account for the Trust will be held at FNB. I received legal advise and it was confirmed to me that a Founder has nothing to do with the running of the trust and is not a requirement for FICA or any other purpose on the bank account for the trust. FNB refuses to assist me any further. I am now considering approaching another financial institution for the Trust."""
