Unable to obtain the title deed

It has been a struggle to cancel our bond. The emails date back to 2018 and no one has attempted t contact us regarding the bond cancellation. Soon we will be sitting with inflation costs because the bank has provided us with poor service. We are unable to even sell the house because we can't even access the title deed.
