Unable to obtain temporary loan
Hi. I am unable to ontain a temporary loan for the past 2 months on my FNB account. I have attempted to contact FNB multiple times via Online Banking to resolve this problem, butI have not had any feedback. The loan is reflecting as active on a money management tool I use, but I know that I do not owe any money in regards to the temp loan option. Could you please resolve this matter for me as soon as possible. The service is not what I have expected from FNB.
