Unable to move my revolving credit plan.
I went to the bank on Saturday to close all my accounts with FNB. Unable to close all of them because of my revolving credit plan which I still owe money on. I spoke to Capitec where I am moving over to and they are willing to take over the loan I have, but FNB is unable to release it to them. It causes alot of inconvenience due to the fact that I have to keep a FNB account open to deposit money into every month. My salary WILL NO LONGER go to the FNB account. The time delay between banks is causing problems. My salary comes in on the very last day of every month. The revolving credit plan goes off on the 1st. If I deposit money from Capitec to FNB it will take roughly 2 days.. SEE THE PROBLEM??
FNB Vredendal should have called me back to confirm if they have sorted out the problem by now, but they have not. There are 10 days left in this month and must be sorted out ASAP before I get blacklisted again due to the service I receive from FNB.
