Unable to manage FNB Connect package
I have been struggling for 3 weeks with a problem with my FNB Connect flexi package where there is an error that I cannot manage any of my packages. I have been sent from department to department and even been told that the issue has been fixed, but absolutely nothing has been done. Completely useless

22 Jul 2021, 08:39Please note that this issue has still not been resolved. Not only that, but now one of my accounts has disappeared from my online banking profile. I am very unhappy with FNB's awful service. I have always been happy at FNB, but you service in this regard is terrible.
