Unable to Make Contact Telephonically

I am phoning FNB Durbanville because I would like to open an account. When I get through after all the messages (all at vastly differing volumes) it asks me for my ID. I put it in THEN IT TELLS ME I’M NOT AN EXISTING CUSTOMER! I know this! Do you people not want new business?
