Unable to load Data

I am not what the hell is going on with FNB and buying data. Was told yesterday that FNB It is working on it and will be sorted by this morning...Called in this morning and was told will be sorted by 3:00 pm. Still don't have data and unable to buy through Feb and can only get a "sorry". Not good enough. We are in lockdown and cannot purchase data and it seems all the data I had is gone and left with 11 KB! NOT IMPRESSED!
