Unable to get through to FNB

I have paid up both my revolving loan and credit card and need a closure letter for both. Its so frustrating and a waste of my airtime because I cannot get through to one of the consultant for assistance.
I also need a settlement letter for my overdraft.
Please can someone call me back ASAP.
