Unable to get through FNB and Secure Chat

I have been trying to get hold of FNB through their call centre and secure chat. I am not getting anywhere.

I need assistance with this query:

I would like to reverse the the following debit order. The contract has been paid up and I am still waiting for the paid up letter. 23 Oct 2020 CTIFIN 196106-2 R1,946.20.
