Unable to get tax certificates from FNB accounts.
I need tax certificates for accounts in FNB, and the directions I received on how to get them in the banking app don't work. Asking for more assistance gets no response and the phone number I was given "does not exist".

21 Nov 2022, 10:44I received a phone call from Janine a while ago (Monday morning), and the problem is resolved, thank you so much. Perhaps just in future, mention the word "Orange colored menu on the side" in future emails to customers asking for assistance in this regard.
