Unable to get Pension Backed Homeloan from March 2021 - Feb 2022

I am struggling to get my Pension Backed Loan statement from March 2021 - February 2022. I have made numerous calls with FNB with no success. I am informed that they cannot access the old accounts that the bank had discontinued. It is really frustrating that one only gets assisted when reporting a review on this platform.
