Unable to get my funds from FNB

Unfortunately I have to write a 3rd negative review for FNB. I was advised that I need to send a confirmation letter of an alternative bank for FNB a to send my funds to. I was then asked by someone else to provide proof of funds, which I did. The individual handling this issue will not get back to me and does not answer phone calls. I’m being given the run around. This is not how you treat people. At this point I just want my money and be done with FNB.
