Unable to get help

To whom it may concern

I made a deposit into a ShopRite till point on 04/09/2024 and the deposit has not reflected on my personal account.

Please advise where is the money.

The general services line cannot assist because I am calling from the banking app and are telling me to go into a branch.

What is customer service where they can't even take my details down and give me a call back to assist me in resolving this concern of mine. It's dissatisfactory.
