Unable to get assistance with a ceded policy.

<p>My Dad passed away in January, and through the normal procedure of veryifying which assets and liabilities there are in the Estate we discovered there is a Liberty policy as well. Upon inquiring at Liberty I discovered that the policy had been ceded to FNB 01/07/1994 . Since them I've tried through FNB branch, e-channels and call-centres etc in order to get the correct department to assist me with details and ultimately getting the cession cancelled; as we are unable to proceed with any claim with Liberty until the cession is addressed.</p> <p>This is naturally very frustrating during what is already a tedious process.</p> <p>Please advise who or what department can I have this sorted with.</p>
