Unable to get a reasonable response

I emigrated to Australia 2 years ago and left one account with RMB open with funds in it. Since then, I no longer have my password, linked e-mail account or bank card.
I need to access this account to transfer the funds to a parent in South Africa. I emailed this request to the RMB Service Suite. Progress thus far is:
1. Recieved a response after 4 days explaining how to tranfer forex???
2. Tried to email back but it bounces because the inbox is full.
3. Phoned her twice from Australia to try and explain
4. Had my calls screened both times so I couldnt speak to her directly and explain what I need.
5. She mailed me back exactly the same email about forex transfers.
6. Once again whem I tried to email back, it bounced because of a full inbox
7. I have now emailed info@rmb to see it someone else responds.
8. 1 week later and still nothing.

I simply need to find out how I can verify my identiry from here so I can reset my password and gain access to my account!!
