Unable to get a final statement for homeloan

It has been a week since I've paid off my bond with FNB and the account was removed from my banking profile.

As a result I cannot get a view of the final statement or transaction. I've logged to requests already to ask for the final statement to be emailed to me. Unfotunately FNB does not seem to be able to assist with this request.

Not sure if there is a reason why this information cannot be shared at this stage.
