Unable to finalize Business Bank Account

I have been attempting to open a business bank account, it has taken 2 months with back and forward of FICA requests I have already submitted. I would to cancel my application as I am going to use another provider, I cant get through to your call centre, yet again your entire system is not use friendly. Posting on Hello Peter is apparently the only way I can get someone to phone and assist me. I am beyond livid.
