Unable to Downgrade account

Can you please downgrade my account back too and ASPIRE ACCOUNT. I think I made a mistake by upgrading to Premier.

I tried messaging, but they are unable to assist with the downgrade.

Can you please also refund the fee of R69.30 that was charged today for the service fee, they charged me that to upgrade the account and please make sure my Statement date is the 1st of every month, as this is the day I want the monthly fee to come off.
