Unable to dispute debit order Absa Bureau Services 1 User

1/2 the day trying to get to different people who work in FNB. Absolutely no one can help me getting a R400 debit disputed as they do not have systems in place that allows it to be done remotely. The FNB app only works on amounts below R200. As someone who has been an FNB client for many years, it is absolutely unacceptable that ***** is occurring and I am helpless to stop it from occurring during this covid-19 outbreak.
