Ive noted it on the application. I phoned in on friday 18 nov and your consultant made a note as well. Today again i phoned in ro advise. Again your consultant made a note and was going to follow up with digital planet. Now i get a sms its been cancelled as you are unable to get hold of me. FNB ive had deliveries from all over and never have i had issues with other delivery companies.

I suggest you change your delivery contractors as they do not know who to read.

Apologies does not help. I need this sim card and i get the feeling that your escalation process is just something you write on HelloPeter so that people can get the impression something is actually being done. Or you could have so many escalations (bad service i suppose) that you cant get to any.
