UNABLE TO DELIVER MY DEBIT CARD OR SAY WHERE THE CARD IS FOR 3 WEEKS

After I had lost my card, I ordered a new one online and waited to be contacted to confirm where it should be delivered. When the couriers contacted me, the card was in Johannesburg and I live in Cape Town. I had to wait another week to have them ship it to Cape Town, so that this branch can confirm the delivery address. However after two weeks and not recieving any calls, I decided top follow up on the matter. First by going into a branch at Riverside mall where I was promised by the staff memeber that someone would call me on Monday 18 July. No calls recieved. I then started calling myself, after being transferedd from the one consultant to the other and several dropped calls (I spoke to 8 people) not one being able to assist. I finally got to the 9th consultant that promised me again I will be contacted by FNB with in 24-48 hours... AGAIN NO CALLS RECEIVED. NO MISSED CALLS. NO MESSAGES. NO MAILS. I started calling AGAIN! This time being revered to the courier companies that confirmed that they have no deliveries pending on my name! I call FNB AGAIN, this time Mr Jacobs doesn't listen when I tell him that I have already spoken to the couriers and they have nothing on the system. He transfers me to them anyway. I then called the complaints department. Yolanda then logged my complaint and promised I will be called before COB today. AGAIN NO CALLS RECEIVED. NO MISSED CALLS. NO MESSAGES. However I did recieve a mail asking my contact number. I provided the number and an alternative landline number via email. I have also provided the delivery adress, and requested a call. I have not recieved any feedback.

Meanwhile I have to use alternative payment methods that is costing me additional money appart from the time and air time they have waisted not forfilling their promisses!!! FNB HOW CAN WE HELP? Deliver the card as requested in the first place in the right city, train call center consultants to resolve an issue, train call center consultants to listen, train call center consultants to transfer a call, and CALL YOUR CLIENTS BACK AS PROMISED!!!!!
