Unable to deliver

<p>My husband had gone into FNB to open a church account three weeks ago. He, and the other signatories, had comp**** with all of their requirements. However, to date he is unable to use the account. He had gone into the bank several times, sat for hours with consultants even the managers, made numerous phone calls. No joy. Three weeks later he is unable to do an EFT to pay the church rent.</p>
