Unable to Contact FNB The Glen and Home Affairs Rep

I am still struggling after about two months to sort out my appointment with Home Affairs at FNB The Glen. While I understand that these are two separate organisations, FNB is providing a service to FNB clients by hosting Home Affairs. The Home Affairs person based at FNB never replies to her e-mails and I cannot seem to get in touch telephonically. I have started phoning other banks to see if their Home Affairs contact can help me get in touch with the Home Affairs representative at FNB The Glen. This is ridiculous. Bad service by Home Affairs head office is one thing. Bad service from a representative of Home Affairs based at FNB is a bad reflection on FNB as well. Why is FNB allowing this kind of bad service to its clients? Please get the Home Affairs representative to phone me today.

Reviewer Update
I received a reply by e-mail, which was entirely unhelpful and told me what I have known for two months. Instead of helping an FNB client, FNB has done the opposite and made me angrier. It is clear FNB's passport division exists in name only and it seems it purpose is to fob off queries. If FNB cannot deal with passports, it must cancel its so-called service as its lack of processes, which are not entirely to blame on Home Affairs, have caused me two months of frustration. Is it really that difficult to ask the person at Home Affairs to contact me seeing as they have consistently failed to reply to e-mails and as I have been going through this frustration for two months, not two hours.
