Unable to confirm FNB Connect Hero Deal Warranty Information
Purchased a device contract on the FNB App via the Hero Deals section. The delivery process was decent. However, the following areas were a disappointment: 1. Headphones package was missing numerous items: the team has reached out and is assisting with this. 2. Detail on the 24 month warranty: the tablet comes with a 24 warranty based on the advert, however, there is no documentation provided as to what the terms and conditions are. I have asked the FNB Connect Admin team but it is taking too suspiciously long.
I just hope I didn't get myself into trouble with their behind the scenes broken processes.

04 May 2022, 10:41Update: to date there has been numerous engagements between FNB Connect and Digital Planet but it seems like no traction is made but just excuse upon excuse. FNB is partnering with companies that simply cannot fulfill simple mandatory requests.
Please be careful getting anything from FNB's Hero Deals as it is riddled with gaps and poor service.
