Unable to close my accounts
Ive called in several time to close my personal accounts but FNB keeps telling me the accounts will be closed but this has not been done, yesterday i had to drive in to fourways mall branch and a gentleman by name thabiso tried to assist but he couldn't close them, he had to sent an email to someone to assist. now he is not responding to my emails. this is frustrating as these accounts are accumulating bank charges.
