Unable to close global acc because of 93 CENTS!

I have been trying to close my global account with FNB now for more than 2 years and because of 93 cents I am now being forced to go through a process of reopening an account just to transfer 93 CENTS just to get my global account closed! Absolutely ridiculous just to transfer that over will cost more money then the few cents there is in the account.
