Unable to close FNB account -

I see that I am not the first FNB client to complain about the fact that I can not close my FNB account because I have a revolving loan with them. I had a revolving loan with Standard Bank and was able to close my account with them. After countless attempts (personal visit to the branch, online chat with FNB, tried to call the call centre - after 10 min I gave up) I still have no resolution. I would like to close my account, if FNB does not respond I will take this matter up with the FSB as there are several other similar complaints on this platform relating to the same problem with FNB
