Unable to close Credit Card Account

I have been trying to close my credit card account with FNB now for months after a second ********** incident. My money was returned and I thank them for that. However, I don't want the card anymore as I spend most of my time outside the country and I don't have time to watch the account for ********** transactions all the time. I have written many emails to Jako Zukiswa, Teri Rikhotso, and Lebohang Dlamini to ask for the card to be closed. They sent me a letter that the card was canceled, but they cannot understand that the credit card account is still open and that I am paying R92.00 every month for them being unable to do their job. They have now stopped correspondence after my last email two weeks ago.
