Unable to close account

Good day<br> <br> I have tried on multiple occasions at the end of 2015 to close my credit card. I have left the country for a year and am still waiting for my positive balance to be transferred into my Cheque account and for the credit card to be cancelled. This is absolutely ridiculous. Please contact via email, or call during work hours Australian time.
