UNABLE TO CHANGE BANK DETAILS ON LIFE INSURANCE!

I have life insurance with FNB Life and I recently changed my bank details and for over 2 weeks they cannot change this! First they said they cant load Discovery Bank, then they said they'd take it up with IT, then I was on hold for what seemed like a week! All i am trying to do i pay my premium! I am the one calling them to ensure its paid yet they cant assist me! How difficult is it to add my bank details!!!!!!!! Pull up the call records you will hear the excuses and how long i was on hold! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!

Thanks however its 2 days later and still no word from FNB! And they have a nerve to say "how can we help you?" YOU CANT HELP ME APPARENTLY!!!!!!!!
