Unable to change address

I recently went a branch to change my surname as I got married. After presenting all the required documents (new ID, new address and original copy of marriage certificate), new cards were issued to me.

Upon waiting for a week, I received my credit card with my title printed as Mej (Miss instead of Mrs) after the branch insisted that I have to show a marriage certificate. This is an unnecessary and pointless mistake.

I also went to the branch to change my residential and postal address (which have been changed in the past but was never updated on the system), but still it reflects as my old Res address from when I was still a student in 2006.

Do you not have an option to change an address? Am I the first ever client to request such a thing?!

I had to bring all kinds of supporting documents to be able to change my address, but t still reflects the incorrect address.

Please note, that I will be closing my bank account if the old address (which have been changed TWICE already since 2006) reflects on my bank statements as well as any other FNB related document. I DO NOT RESIDE THERE ANYMORE (since 2007).

This is unacceptable.
